1. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, once a course is purchased and accessed, it is non-refundable.

If you have not accessed the course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Live Classes / Tutoring Sessions

Refunds for live classes or tutoring sessions must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
3. Subscription Plans

Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a subscription period.
4. Technical Issues

If you face technical issues preventing access to our courses, please contact support.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
